Welcome to my website.  Thank you for your interest in real estate on the Big Island of Hawaii.

As a licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaii, I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condos, land and income properties.  I keep current on all real estate transactions on the Big Island of Hawaii to better serve my clients.

Hawaii has been my home since 2003 when I moved here from California.  My first piece of this paradise is a timeshare ownership on Maui which I bought in 1991.  While still in California, every year for about 20 years I had always spent at least a week vacationing in Hawaii alternating between all the islands.  Needless to say, I had always wanted to live in Hawaii because of its warm weather, the beautiful people and mostly its natural beauty.  Where else can one enjoy the warm waters and golden sands of Waikoloa all year round , the cool and rolling green hills of Waimea, and during the winter the beauty of majestic Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa capped with snow.

I graduated from St Paul University, Manila with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Nutrition and did further studies at the University of California in Berkeley.  For over 30 years I worked in an administrative capacity at the University of California.  I was Senior Administrative Analyst in the Dean's Office, School of Medicine at UC San Francisco and then at UCLA and the last 8 years as Administrator of OB/GYN Department at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

My heart has always been in real estate.  I purchased my first home in the early 70's.  While holding a full time job at the university, I dabbled in selling real estate in the early 90's.  When I retired from the university in 2003, I embraced real estate business as my second career.

I love to travel and I have been to countries including France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Swtzerland, Belgium, Russia, Japan, and Australia.  I like to play golf and I volunteer at various church functions and charitable organizations like the Lions Club.

Having worked for a major academic institution, I acquired the "service oriented" philosophy and "can do" attitude.  These are the qualities I will provide to my clients.  I strongly subscribe to the highest standards of the Code of Ethics required by the National Association of Realtors in doing my business.

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.  However, they can become complicated and daunting.  I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care.
